I. General Concepts
- Regulations – these regulations

- Service Provider – the company "Radioactive Rat Sp. z o.o." with its registered office at: ul. Jana Kazimierza 17/41, 01-248, Warsaw, Tax ID (NIP): 5272884263, National Court Register (KRS): 0000773763,
- Service User – any individual, gaining access to the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via email and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- The Regulations define the rules of operation and use of the Service and determine the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The subject of the Service Provider's services is providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Users access to content in the form of posts, articles, and audiovisual materials or web apps and electronic forms.
- Any potential content, articles, and information containing features of tips or advice published on the pages of the Service are only a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Service Users. The Service Provider is not responsible for their use by Service Users.
- The Service User assumes full responsibility for the way of using materials provided within the Service, including their use in accordance with applicable law.
- The Service Provider does not give any warranty as to the suitability of the materials placed in the Service.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any damages incurred by the Service Users or third parties in connection with the use of the Service. All risks associated with using the Service, and in particular with the use and exploitation of information placed in the Service, are borne by the Service User using the services of the Service.
III. Terms of Service Use
- Use of the Service by each Service User is free of charge and voluntary.
- Service Users are obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations and other documents that are an integral part of it and must accept in entirety its provisions in order to continue using the Service.
- Service Users may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.

Technical requirements for using the Service:
- a device with a display capable of displaying web pages,
- internet connection,
- any web browser that displays web pages according to the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports web pages provided in HTML5,
- enabled JavaScript scripts,
- enabled Cookie files support
- In order to ensure the security of the Service Provider, Service Users, and other Service Users using the Service, all Service Users should adhere to generally accepted internet security principles,

Prohibited actions carried out personally by Service Users or using
software:
- without written consent, decompilation and source code analysis,
- without written consent, causing excessive load on the Service server,
- without written consent, attempts to detect vulnerabilities in the Service's security and server configuration,
- attempts to upload or inject onto the server and into the database code, scripts, and software that could damage the Service software, other Service Users or the Service Provider,
- attempts to upload or inject onto the server and into the database code, scripts, and software that could track or steal data of Service Users or the Service Provider,
- undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the realization of the purpose for which the Service operates.
- In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential possibility of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem/threat and protect the interests of all Service Users.
IV. Terms of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service

- In case of contact between the Service User and the Service Provider, the personal data of Service Users will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of the Regulations.
V. Data Collection about Service Users
In order to properly provide services through the Service, secure the legal interest of the Service Provider, and to ensure the operation of the Service is in compliance with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes certain data about Users through the Service.
To properly provide services, the Service uses and stores some anonymous information about the Service User in cookies.
The scope, purposes, method, and principles of data processing are available in attachments to the Regulations: „GDPR Information Obligation” and in „Privacy Policy„, which constitute an integral part of the Regulations.
VI. Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and the copyright to the service.
- Some of the data posted on the Service are protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties not affiliated in any way with the Service Provider, and are used based on obtained licenses, or under a free license.
- Under the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright law, it is forbidden to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search systems with the exclusion of the search engines Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic materials, video or audio found in the Service without written consent or consent given via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
- According to the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright law, simple press information is not subject to protection, understood as the information itself, without the comment and evaluation of its author. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts posted on the site, but not copying entire articles or parts thereof unless this has been marked in the particular material provided in the Service.
VII. Changes to the Regulations
- All provisions of the Regulations can be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without stating the reasons.
- Changes to the Regulations come into effect immediately after their publication.
- It is considered that every Service User, continuing to use the Service after a change in the Regulations, accepts it in full.
VIII. Final Provisions
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for interruptions caused by force or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed on the Service at any time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need to previously inform the Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Service in order to improve it, add services, or conduct maintenance, without prior notice to Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in part or in whole any of its rights and obligations associated with the Service, without the consent and the possibility of expressing any objections by Service Users.
